Junior Portfolio Manager
Junior Portfolio Managers are integral to our investment portfolio's management and strategic oversight. They focus on monitoring the financial industry and market developments daily. This position requires a commitment to excellence in research and analysis and a proactive approach to collaboration with portfolio and analyst teams.
Junior Portfolio Managers are crucial in supporting the Portfolio Manager by preparing detailed monthly portfolio reports and offering valuable insights that guide the analyst teams' research. They are instrumental in facilitating weekly strategy and rebalancing meetings, ensuring our investment approach remains responsive to market changes and aligned with our financial objectives.
Risk Analyst
Risk Analysts focus on performing comprehensive risk assessments and delivering insightful analysis within two critical areas: portfolio and industry. They play a pivotal role in guiding our investment decisions and evaluation of risk.

Portfolio risk analysts identify and evaluate various financial risks such as market, credit, and liquidity risks within our portfolio. They collaborate closely with our portfolio manager to report on how asset allocation and investment strategies impact the fund's risk profile. They also recommend risk mitigation strategies and potential adjustments to the portfolio, outlined in a bi-weekly portfolio risk reports.

Industry risk analysts focus on thorough research of specific industries to identify emerging risks and trends, which could significantly influence the fund's investment decisions. Insights into macroeconomic factors, changes in regulations, and market developments are captured in bi-weekly industry risk reports. They evaluate the potential impacts of identified industry risks on the fund's current and prospective investments.

Senior Analyst
Senior Analysts play a pivotal role in guiding their team of Junior Analysts through the research, analysis, and pitch processes. They take the lead on the more complex aspects of analyses, pitches, and reports, stepping in when their team lacks the necessary experience. Furthermore, they communicate closely with both Research and Junior Portfolio Managers.
Senior Analysts are experienced members who have been part of our organization for at least one semester. Their primary responsibility is to guide the teams during the research journey and offer support whenever needed.
Junior Analyst
Junior Analysts are an integral part of a dynamic team comprising four peer analysts and a Senior Analyst. In this role, you will select and thoroughly evaluate one company within a specific industry each semester, providing an excellent experience in investment analysis and decision-making processes. Your contributions will span from conducting detailed research and analysis of a company to assess its financial health, market position, and growth potential to compiling comprehensive investment reports.
Additionally, Junior Analysts play a crucial part in preparing and delivering a persuasive pitch advocating for the inclusion of one company into the fund's portfolio based on its solid investment potential. This role offers a platform for continuous learning and development under the guidance of more senior members.
